Tickets for Second Thought Smoko now available

Yes, tickets for this World Premiere of our Eastbourne author Mike McJorrow’s first play are available from TICKETS.

Billy is top employee at the Goodie Goodie Gelato Stop. He works hard, loves his job and dreams of becoming manager.  Today his dream can come true – nothing can go wrong … or can it?

Our next production is Mike McJorrow’s Second Thought Smoko

We weren’t able to cast Theo Nettleton’s “AGM of the East Side Wolves”, so our Spring production will be the World Premier of Eastbourne’s own Mike McJorrow’s “Second Thought Smoko”. See current show for details.

Last week’s AGM was only attended by 10 members and so did not have the required quorum (20% of members which is currently 15 members). Nevertheless we had a great discussion (minutes attached) but now we need to ratify the proposals at a proper AGM.

Please attend a very short meeting at the Green Room on Wednesday 20 August at 7.30pm.

After the meeting if you wish to stay we will have a social gathering at which you will have a chance to catch up with friends over a glass of wine (BYO), join in a very entertaining game or see some photos from John Marwicks recent adventure on the Silk Road (the meeting to decide!). The meeting agenda is as follows

MOTION to be moved from the Chair.

That this Annual General Meeting notes the minutes of a meeting of 10 members held on 30 July 2014 and adopts the following proposals:

1. That the minutes of the 2013 AGM held on 19 June 2013 be accepted as a correct record

2. That the Coordinator’s Report for 2013- 2014 be received

3. That the Financial Report for 2013 – 2014 be accepted

4. That Wendy Sheedy be appointed to review the 2014-2015 accounts

5. That membership subscriptions for July 2014 – June 2015 remain at $17 Single, $27 Family, $5 for an Individual Child

6. That when annual subscriptions are paid by 31 December single members will receive one voucher and family members will receive two vouchers marked as being valid for free admission to the first or second night of a BCTT production up to the end of the next calendar year.

7. That the following people be appointed to these positions:

a. Co-ordinator: John Marwick
