Yes in 2012, it was 25 years since the BCTT first brought theatre to the Eastern Bays. BCTT celebrated with a troupe summer BBQ, a midyear dinner and three productions – something for all tastes.

This year(2013), as well as the usual reduced ticket price, for shows, all members who had paid their subscriptions (for July 2011 – June 2012) by the end of Dec 2011 were entitled to a free ticket to any one of the 2012 season’s plays: Comedy of Errors (February/March), John Gabriel Borkman (July), or Communicating Doors (October). Members renewing for 2012/2013 also receive a free ticket. Along with your membership card members will receive a voucher that can be exchanged for a ticket at the door. But please note that, in order to manage seat numbers, it is essential to make your booking beforehand on the phone booking line (0832 77790) and pick up your ticket at least 15 minutes before show time.

We joined with the cast of The Comedy of Errors after their Saturday rehearsal over a reviving tonic and a well cooked snarler or two to celebrate.
